As our first production as an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, this show marks an exciting new chapter in our story and reflects our continued commitment to creating exceptional theatre experiences where every student feels seen, challenged, inspired, and empowered to grow.

This isn't just another production of Newsies. Our interpretation celebrates the show's timeless message through a contemporary lens, emphasizing that the voices of young people matter just as much today as they did over a century ago. Through modern-inspired costuming, inclusive casting across all genders, and a focus on storytelling, leadership, collaboration, and community, we hope to create an experience that empowers every student to step into their light.

Designed for students ages 12–18, this production welcomes performers of all experience levels. Through grants, scholarships, payment plans, and community partnerships, we are committed to making this professional-quality theatrical experience as accessible as possible while continuing to build the welcoming and encouraging community our students and families have come to know and love.

Led by an incredible artistic team—including Alyssa Jiwani, Kelsi Raich, Ian Williams, and additional theatre professionals from across the region—students will receive high-quality artistic training while building confidence, developing leadership skills, forming lasting friendships, and creating unforgettable memories.
